SPECIAL EDUCATION
Maxfort School endorses an all inclusive education system that encompasses all types of students including those with special needs. We have implemented this system within all aspects of our teaching since it helps the children with special needs to become more confident with social skills to face the real world while the other students develop acceptance and interact with sensitivity towards them.
Special education at Maxfort School includes providing these students with all sthe necessary facilities and support for learning and achieving their educational goals. We ensure a cordial environment and holistic care for them so that they can get equal opportunities to realize their potential just like other children.
The Special education program takes care of the unique needs of these children through the use of specialized instruction methods, learning aids, material and equipment. It also ensures that these students are integrated within the main framework of the school at all levels by providing them opportunities of inclusion, emotional support and making them feel comfortable and accepted socially. The curriculum is also designed and modified as per their needs making it more relevant and meaningful.
Taking care of their academic, social and behavioral development, we make continuous efforts to upgrade our special education program to meet new challenges and changing needs of the students. We also involve their parents, working with them in close coordination so that we get better results in their growth and success.
A special educator is available for these students who helps these students by giving them more explanations, repeating information, more practice rounds and devoting more time to guide them. The special educators also use problem solving assignments, group studies or sometimes individualized instructions to improve the learning abilities of these children.
Apart from this the special educator plays a crucial role of communicating the requirements of the students to parents as well as the facilitators bridging the gap amongst them. They also ensure that the special needs of such students are incorporated in all the activities and events organized in the school and such students get an equal opportunity to participate in them. Besides, they also organize Training Sessions or Workshops for the facilitators to build an understanding among them for the needs of such students.
Given these facilities, Maxfort School ensures that the students with special needs get due attention and opportunities to excel in life and be successful in whatever field they choose.
